We beg to inform you that correspondence has been
passed to us by the Crown Agents relative to the proposed
installation of radio-goniometer at the Hong Kong Wireless
•
station. The suggestion is that "with this directional
apparatus fitted, with a range of say 100 miles, ships
anywhere within that radius could obtain their position in a very short time, and in the foggy weather, experienced in these parte at certain times of the year, this would be a
great advantage.*

required.
